Zadania:
Overall job description
- Have the overall responsibility for the purchasing function in ……………., Poland
- Leading and developing a team and individuals
- Drive the team to secure long-term total quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of direct material supply throughout the total product lifecycle
- Create, anchor and execute purchasing strategies
- Develop and maintain vendor agreements
- Plan work and budget operational expenses for the team
- Analyze and report purchasing data such as savings, payment terms, supplier quality targets etc.
- Establish and maintain good relations with internal stakeholders such as Manufacturing, R&D, PMO and S&OP.
Cechy idealnego kandydata:
Would be good if candidate have a knowledge of commercial negotiation techniques and have experience in purchasing in the machinery manufacturing industry
• A leader with solid experience in global sourcing
• Ability to build strong supplier relationships
• Well organized and efficient decision maker
• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset
• Sound analytical skills
• Good understanding of the importance of internal and external customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in Economic sciences or Engineering
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PPT and Excel
